Samantha offers delicious, quality food! Last Christmas I served my dinner guests her melt-in-your mouth beef tenderloin, creamy potatoes au gratin, and roasted asparagus to rave reviews. Completed with a lovely roasted beet, carrot, and arugula salad and a sinfully satisfying coconut cream pie, the meal was a gift to all of us in attendance. Of all the DC-area caterers I have used over the years, Samantha ranks first for quality of ingredients, fullness of flavor, and elegance of preparation. She delivers her meals in sturdy containers, beautifully wrapped and presented, showing the pride that she deservedly has in her culinary skills.  A++
